Amy
Allen - Born and
raised in Ireland, Amy Allen
moved to London and ran her
own successful management
company working primarily in
the music industry with a
diverse list of clients
ranging from Madonna to the
Royal Ballet Company. After
10 years, she relocated to
South Florida where she is
now the Palm Beach Market
Manager for the South
Florida Business Journal
which has seen tremendous
growth in the last year with
circulation in Palm Beach
County increasing by 58% and
webgrowth of 59%. For over
27 years the South Florida
Business Journal has
delivered timely, critical
news to South Florida’s
business community. During
this time, the South Florida
Business Journal has become
an integral part of the
community that we serve.
Panelists:

Melinda K.
Harman, Ph.D. –
Dr. Harman is a biomedical
engineer with the Institute for
Mobility and Longevity where has
been the Director of Research
since 1994. She holds a Ph.D. in
bioengineering from Clemson
University.
Her areas of specialization are
the biomechanics of human motion
and the assessment of implanted
medical devices used to treat
arthritis and other
musculoskeletal disorders.
Dr. Kingsley
R. Chin, M.D. -
Dr. Kingsley R. Chin is a board
certified orthopaedic surgeon
specializing in minimally
invasive spine surgery involving
the cervical, thoracic, lumbar,
and sacral spine. Dr. Chin
graduated from Columbia
University in 1989, graduated
from Harvard Medical School with
honors in 1996, did his
residency training in
orthopaedic surgery also at
Harvard Medical School in 2002.
Jennifer
Beal, P.T., CLT-LANA -
Jennifer Beal is an experienced
Physical Therapist, graduating
from the University of Miami in
1986. She has been a
progressive manager of several
multidisciplinary rehab
facilities, developing new
programs, for the past 15 years.
Jennifer Beal is now the owner
of BEAL Physical Therapy and
Rehabilitation.
Melissa
Ziober
-
Melissa Ziober is a patient of
Dr. Andrew Hodge. Two days
after she was born, she
developed a blood infection that
chewed away her right hip joint
and the top of her femur.
Melissa endured several
surgeries as a child, resulting
in a fused hip. Through the
research of the Institute for
Mobility and Longevity, Dr.
Hodge was able to perform a
successful total hip replacement
in June of 2007. Melissa
is owner of RZ Design Group
